ZN Series vacuum decompressing concentrator

本设备主要包括浓缩罐、冷凝器、汽液分离器、冷却器、集液器五部件，浓缩罐为夹套结构，冷凝器为列管式，冷却器为盘管式结构。本设备适用于制药、食品、化工等行业对料液的浓缩，并且可作为回收酒精和简单的回流提取之用。设备与物料接触部分均采用不锈钢制造，具有良好的耐腐性，符合GMP标准要求。

Detail Description

The device mainly includes concentration tank, condenser, gas-liquid separator, cooler and liquid receiving barrel. The concentration tank is of jacketed structure, the condenser of row-pipe type, the cooler of coiled type. The device is suitable for the concentration of the material liquid in such industries as pharmacy, food and chemistry, etc. and serves for the recycle of alcohol and simple reversed flow distillation as well. The contact part of the concentrator and the material is made with the stainless steel, resistant to corrosion and meeting the standard of the GMP standard.
